Understanding Our Terms of Service

**At SGosuto LLC, we build premium software with one core belief: you deserve complete ownership and control over your data, communications, creative worlds, and digital experience.**

Privacy and ownership are not features — they are our fundamental commitment. We design every product to the highest standards of quality, security, and transparency so that what you create and pay for truly belongs to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SGosuto LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of all our applications, games, websites, and services — including **Phone Station** (secure messaging) and **Realm of Dreams** (collaborative AI storytelling platform), as well as any future products we may release (some of which may contain adult or NSFW content).

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or using any SGosuto service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any applications, games, websites, and services offered by **SGosuto LLC** (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including (but not limited to) Phone Station and Realm of Dreams (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

**1. Eligibility**
You must be at least 13 years of age to use any SGosuto service.
Certain services (including adult-oriented or NSFW content in Realm of Dreams or future products) are restricted to users who are **18 years or older**. By accessing any adult-designated service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

**2. Accounts**
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

**3. The Service**
SGosuto LLC develops and offers secure communication tools (Phone Station) and immersive collaborative AI storytelling experiences (Realm of Dreams). Realm of Dreams allows users to create, build, and collaboratively explore living worlds with Grok as the AI storyteller, including mandatory per-world character creation, advanced Lorebook / World Bible systems, real-time co-op storytelling, Living Dream Realm simulation, and extensive customization features.

Features may vary by product and may include free and paid (Premium) tiers.

**4. Adult Content and Age-Restricted Services**
Some SGosuto products (including parts of Realm of Dreams) may contain explicit, adult, or NSFW material. These services are clearly labeled as 18+ only. You must not access, download, or use any adult-designated service if you are under 18. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to access adult content. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate their access.

**5. User Content and Ownership**
You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload, including messages, photos, worlds, lorebook entries, characters, stories, and collaborative creations in Realm of Dreams.

By using the Service, you grant SGosuto LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, store, display, and process your content solely as necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service (including enabling Grok to generate stories and simulations). This license ends when you delete the content or terminate your account.

**6. Character Creation in Realm of Dreams**
When you first open a world in Realm of Dreams, you will be required to create a character (including name and details) before you can begin or continue any story in that world. Grok will treat you as that character by default unless the world builder explicitly sets a fixed protagonist. You own the characters you create.

**7. Encryption and Privacy**
Where end-to-end encryption is offered (such as in Phone Station), messages are protected using the official Signal Protocol and we cannot access their content. Private keys remain on your device.
Realm of Dreams stories, characters, and lorebooks are processed by Grok and stored securely. SMS/MMS fallback messages (in Phone Station) are not encrypted and are processed by third-party carriers and Twilio.

**8. User Conduct and Compliance**
You agree not to use the Service for spam, scams, illegal content, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
When using SMS/MMS features, you are solely responsible for obtaining prior express written consent from recipients and honoring opt-out requests.
You must not upload or generate content that violates our rules (including the mandatory Rules acceptance screen in Realm of Dreams).

**9. Subscriptions, Points, and Payments**
Certain features require a paid subscription or points. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

**10. Default SMS Handler (Phone Station)**
If you designate Phone Station as your default SMS handler on Android, you accept the responsibilities associated with that role.

**11. Disappearing Messages and Ephemeral Features**
Certain features may allow messages, stories, or data to be automatically deleted after a set time. This is a best-effort feature.

**12. Intellectual Property**
All SGosuto apps, designs, logos, technology, and underlying code are owned by SGosuto LLC. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant us the limited license described in Section 5.

**13. Prohibited Conduct**
You may not reverse-engineer, circumvent security features, impersonate others, upload harmful code, or engage in any activity that interferes with the Service or violates applicable laws.

**14. Disclaimers**
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI storytelling, or that encryption will protect against all possible attacks.

**15. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGosuto LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

**16. Termination**
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Paid subscriptions will continue to bill until canceled.

**17. Changes to These Terms**
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

**18. Governing Law**
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
