Whether it’s Phone Station (our secure messaging app) or Realm of Dreams (our collaborative AI storytelling platform), or any future products we release — including those with adult-oriented or NSFW content — every design decision starts with one question: *How do we protect the user’s privacy as strongly as possible?*

We go far beyond minimum legal requirements. We use the strongest available end-to-end encryption (the official Signal Protocol in Phone Station), keep private keys and sensitive creative data on your device where possible, minimize data collection, never sell your personal information, and give you powerful tools like disappearing messages, on-device biometric protection, and full control over your stories and worlds.

Your conversations, media, location, **personal characters, lorebooks, worlds, and AI-generated stories** belong to **you** — not to us or any third party.

This Privacy Policy explains how SGosuto LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use any of our applications, games, websites, or services (collectively, the “Service”), including Phone Station, Realm of Dreams, and any future products.

### 1. Information We Collect

**Information You Provide**
- Account information (email address, password, or Google sign-in).
- Profile information (name, bio, avatar, etc.).
- Content you create or send: messages, photos, videos, voice messages, files, location data, **personal characters, lorebook entries, worlds, stories, and collaborative content**.
- Character creation data in Realm of Dreams (name, appearance, personality, background, traits, etc.).
- World-building data (lore entries, rules, memories, settings).

**Automatically Collected Information**
- Device and technical data (device type, operating system, unique identifiers).
- Usage data (features used, timestamps, interactions, story sessions, world activity).
- SMS/MMS metadata (phone numbers, delivery status) when using SMS fallback in Phone Station.
- Technical data required for end-to-end encryption, session management, and AI story generation.

**Biometric Data**
We do not collect or store fingerprints or facial recognition data on our servers. Biometric unlock uses only your device’s native secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).

**Adult / NSFW Content**
Some services (including parts of Realm of Dreams) may include adult-oriented or NSFW material. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18 in relation to adult-designated services. If we discover a user is under 18 (or under the age required for adult services), we will terminate access and delete associated data.

### 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our services (message delivery, encryption, AI storytelling, world simulation, character creation, and collaborative features).
- Enable end-to-end encrypted messaging where offered (using the official Signal Protocol).
- Route SMS/MMS fallback messages through Twilio when needed.
- Power the Living Dream Realm simulation and Grok’s storytelling in Realm of Dreams.
- Manage Free and Premium tiers, including subscription billing and points economy.
- Enforce anti-spam measures, community rules, and legal obligations.
- Provide customer support.

### 3. Encryption and Security

- **End-to-End Encrypted Messages (Phone Station)**: Messages between app users are encrypted end-to-end using the official Signal Protocol. We cannot access their content. Private keys never leave your device.
- **Realm of Dreams Content**: Story text, characters, and lorebooks are processed by Grok and stored encrypted where possible. We do not use your creative content to train models.
- **SMS/MMS Fallback**: These messages are **not encrypted** and are processed by Twilio and mobile carriers.
- **Disappearing Messages**: Messages and story segments set to disappear are automatically deleted from our servers after the chosen timer expires (best-effort basis).

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest for all non-E2EE data.

### 4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or your creative content.

We may share information only in these limited cases:
- With Twilio, to deliver SMS/MMS fallback messages.
- With Stripe, to process subscriptions and payments.
- With xAI / Grok, solely to generate stories and respond within Realm of Dreams (data is not stored or used for training).
- With trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service (under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements).
- When required by law, court order, or valid government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of SGosuto LLC, our users, or the public.

### 5. Data Retention

- End-to-end encrypted messages and story content are stored only as encrypted data and are deleted when they expire (if disappearing messages are enabled) or when you delete them.
- Character, lorebook, and world data are retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.
- SMS metadata is retained only as long as necessary for delivery, billing, and legal compliance.
- Account information is kept as long as your account is active.

### 6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information and creative content.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Adult/NSFW services are restricted to users 18 and older. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 (or under 18 for adult services), we will promptly delete it.

If you are located outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
